ANOTHER BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION!

We celebrated another birthday (mine!) 19th January- I am not big on birthday celebrations for myself and I always say it is just another day and another year older - Yuck! Anyway we all went out to dinner and had Chinese on Saturday night.

I got some really nice gifts, Fantasy perfume by Britney Spears, Body Shop soap,Champagne, Scracthies, Lotto Ticket, Boxing Gloves for the gym (think Andrea bought them for me cause she got sick of me using hers all the time :-) a small portable Hair Straightener (thought it was a vibrator so a little disappointed - only joking Jodi) a book called "Magic Spells"- "How to Pick Up A Fella" (read the book back to front 4 times - you never know a miracle might happen!) a Teddy Bear signed from all the staff at the hospital, Sudoku book (right into that at the moment) and a beautiful packaged small box which I did not want to open - so we had guessing games, I thought they were condoms and Andrea said they were a pack of cards but no good old Shawnaye bought me a packet of ciggies I was stoked!! Thanks Shawnayne for decorating my office in balloons on Friday. I was a bit overwhelmed by the gifts as I am a giver not a receiver. So a big thank you to you all for coming out to dinner with me and for my pressies.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KAZZIE

Birthday Girl - Kazzie

Last night we celebrated Kazzie 18th (17.01.2008), there was lots of drinking, eating, laughing, dancing and injuries!!

Bev looked wonderful all dressed up in beautiful flower head pieces, gorgeous earrings, a handbag to die for and and lovely red bow tie, 100 points for her effort. Nikki looked gorgeous with her hair straigthened. Andrea well I learnt a few new dance steps from her - not sure how she come across them but they were out there, Andrea must of been a pole dancer in her previous life cause she definitely knew the movements for the pole!! Kazzie I'd say has taken a few lessons as well.

I had two citronella candles burning away - where everyone could see them - but no Bev trod in one first then knocked her head on my hanging shell from my patio roof (she did not even have a alcoholic drink- I think too many cups of teas had gone to her head) then it was Andrea's turn she was getting right into the groove of her pole dancing and yes she trod in one too. Both their feet are fine but not my floor of the patio anyway we all had a good laugh over their injuries. Another major disaster struck - could not open the champagne bottle - so who you gonna call for help - the local cops - Adam rocked up and took him no time at all to open bottle, the time he was there we had a song playing "Its Raining Men - Hallelujah" - well we changed the words to "Its Raining Adam - Hallelujah" I think he was a tad shy or maybe he was embarrassed. That was our thank you song for coming to help out in an emergency situation. Three cheers to the cops!!

A fun night we had.

PALMOLIVE - BE AWARE!!!

Toilet Cleaning Instructions :

1. Put both lids of the toilet up and add 1/8 cup of pet shampoo to the water in the bowl.

2. Pick up the cat and soothe him while you carry him towards the bathroom.

3. In one smooth movement, put the cat in the toilet and close both lids. You may need to stand on the lid.

4. The cat will self-agitate and make ample suds. Never mind the noises that come from the toilet; the cat is actually enjoying this.

5. Flush the toilet three or four times. This provides a 'power-wash and rinse'.

6. Have someone open the front door of your home. Be sure that there are no people between the bathroom and the front door.

7. Stand behind the toilet as far as you can and quickly lift both lids.

8. The cat will rocket out of the toilet, streak through the bathroom and run outside where he will dry himself off.

9. Both the commode and the cat will be sparkling clean.

Sincerely

The DOG

HEY THERE IN CYBER SPACE

My name is Palmolive (I know what you are thinking what sort of name is that for a cat!) well originally I was given Olive as my name and then it was lengthened to Palmolive (like the dishwashing liquid!!) weird I know.

I was found at the local police station - not sure what I was doing there but a lovely lady picked me up (who is now my Aunty Andrea) and took me to her niece, who has become my mum Karen and has taken me into her home to love and care for me - I am so lucky.

The other night I went out with Mum Karen and Aunty Andrea to Aunty Jennafina's house (whom is another of my anuties) - I feel soooooo special to have all these new family members.

Anyway my Aunty Jennafina took all these photos of me - I was a little bit over it - but because they all love me I did sit & pose for the camera, to keep them happy.

I loved being stroked, watching TV (Will & Grace is my fav) sleeping (especially on the sofa arm rest) eating, playing & exploring. I love being inside, so no doubt I will become a inside pussy cat.

Mum Karen is going on holidays to Malaysia in March so Aunty Jennafina will be taking care of me (I can't wait) and if I behave I might live there permanently as she is a cat lover - she has not had a cat for a long time, ever since her dear beloved Moggie Lee pass away.

I do not know whether I am a male or female (Aunty Andrea is going to Google and find out) nor do I know how old I am. All I can say to my new families is thank you for taking me off the streets and into your homes.

Meow to you all.
PALMOLIVE

PS: I am going to be on facebook too - though I am not sure what that is - maybe it is a photo of me on a book!!!!!

YEAR 2008

Happy New Year to everyone.

I did not do anything exciting on New Years Eve (I know I'm boring) though I did see mid night in and I saw fire works as well - only for a few minutes but it was better than nothing at all, was not expecting anything like that, I was sitting on my back patio just having a drink and ciggie and 12.20am they went off (20 minutes late but hey better late than never) - thought I was seeing things as I only just finished watching the Sydney fireworks on TV - it was confirmed the next day that someone did let off some fireworks in the car park of the Whitehouse Hotel.

I have made new year resolutions but still not have acted on them.

I hope 2008 is a good year for everyone and myself.
