I have started on the Tony Ferguson Weightloss Program today - with the aim of losing 8 kilos (a kilo a week) by the 10th December.
I have for breaky and lunch one his meal replacement shakes and in the evening a palm size piece of protein plus 3 cups of vegetables which can be cooked or uncooked, plus I can snack on a piece of fruit mid morning and mid afternoon, with diet jelly which I will make as my dessert.
I have gone cold turkey on my Ice Coffee, plus Diet Coke (though I did sneak in a Diet Coke yesterday evening) as they are a no no on this program. I am not into caffeine free diet drinks so looks like the diet cordial for me and plenty of water.
Dear Lord help me survive this.

ReplyDeleteCOLD BLOODY TURKEY on the Ice Coffee (3rd day now) have replaced it with a bottle of water on my desk, but I must admit I still have a diet coke at night time. The shakes are quite nice.
