I started my health kick in the middle of January this year, it is now the middle of March, have only lost 2.5 kilos, WTF is with that! I should of lost at least 6! What the hell am I doing wrong? I just get so frustrated with the whole thing. I have got right back into my walking at least 6 times a week, Ta Bo classes have started , have signed up for that, was attending Step classes, just could not get the grip of that so gave that up, eating much healthier and given up on my Ice Coffee's (oh I miss you sooooo much). What do I have to do? Starve myself to death??
Biggest Loser Challenge will be starting on the 30th March for 12 weeks here in town, they have an induction this afternoon so will attend that and hopefully sign up!
